AgentCore Integrates with LangChain Deep Agents and CopilotKit AG-UI Protocol

AWS isn't waiting for developers to come to AgentCore — it's embedding AgentCore where developers already work. Two integrations in April 2026 make that concrete: AgentCore Code Interpreter is now the first AWS-native sandbox in LangChain's Deep Agents framework, and CopilotKit named AgentCore the recommended deployment target for agents built on the AG-UI protocol. That's two of the more active corners of the open-source agent ecosystem now pointing back to AWS infrastructure by default. AWS announced two ecosystem integrations for AgentCore in April 2026. AgentCore Code Interpreter became the first AWS-native sandbox provider in LangChain's Deep Agents framework, with a new PyPI package published under the LangChain organization and native CLI support. Separately, CopilotKit announced AgentCore as the recommended deployment target for agents built on the AG-UI (Agent User Interface) protocol — a standard for real-time streaming of agent state and tool calls to frontends — and listed it as a first-party platform in the AG-UI GitHub repository.
